      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Map the customer journey by designing and implementing multi-touchpoint lifecycle strategies across email, SMS, and in-app messaging
      - Create campaigns that build customer loyalty, deepen engagement, and reduce churn through personalized communication
      - Collaborate with growth and product teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with customer needs
      - Utilize behavioral, demographic, and lifecycle data to deliver targeted messages to different customer segments
      - Track, analyze, and report on key lifecycle metrics such as retention, churn, and customer lifetime value

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or email marketing roles
      - Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Customer.io, or similar)
      - Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and behavioral triggers
      - Proven track record of building and optimizing lifecycle programs that deliver measurable results
      - Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with data to inform decision-making
