What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Audit and improve the employer's website experience, landing pages, and CTAs to enhance lead capture and conversion rates
- Build automated nurture journeys that educate and advance prospects toward sales readiness
- Create and leverage mid-funnel content that clarifies value and addresses potential friction points
- Monitor funnel performance, test messaging, and optimize programs based on data insights
- Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Demand Gen to ensure seamless handoffs and aligned marketing goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS funnel dynamics and conversion influences
- Experience in developing lifecycle, nurture, or mid-funnel programs
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
- Data-driven mindset with the capability to extract insights and iterate quickly
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proven ability to partner effectively across teams, especially with Sales and Product Marketing
- Demonstrated curiosity and resourcefulness in managing multiple projects
