  Lead the design deployment and lifecycle management of enterprise grade Linux systems SAP HANA RHEL 8 9 CentOS SUSE
  End to end administration of OS environments including Volume File System user access management OS hardening LVM NFS multipathing and patching
  Perform proactive system performance tuning kernel upgrades log analysis and security compliance enforcement CIS STIG benchmarks
  Automate OS provisioning and configuration using Ansible Bash Shell Python or Perl
  
  SAP HANA High Availability with Pacemaker Clustering
  Architect implement and maintain SAP HANA Pacemaker Clusters on RHEL SUSE for mission critical workloads
  Provide end to end operational support for RHEL CentOS Ubuntu and SUSE environments
  Perform patching kernel upgrades filesystem user administration and OS lifecycle management
  Configure and manage advanced cluster components Fencing mechanisms and SBD STONITH Block Device
  Manage Resource Agents RA Resource Groups Constraints Quorum STONITH
  Conduct failove failback testing log analysis and real time troubleshooting of cluster behavior and node failures
  Build runbooks SOPs for SAP HA operations participate in DR drills and ensure continuous HA DR readiness
  Collaborate with SAP Basis DBAs and infrastructure teams for seamless application onboarding and cluster validations
  
  Cloud Infrastructure Operations AWS Azure
  Hands on administration of cloud infrastructure components AWS EC2 S3 RDS PostgreSQL Oracle IAM EBS Auto Scaling VPC Route53 CloudWatch Lambda EKS
  Azure VM Scale Sets Blob Storage Azure IAM AKS Azure Monitor NSG VNets
  Databases Oracle SQL Server MySQL PostgreSQL
  Deliver day to day operations and maintenance of RDS DBAAS instances including version upgrades backup restoration schema refresh SSL renewal and high availability
  Implement cost optimization strategies eg Graviton migration decommissioning rightsizing storage cleanup
  Enforce cloud security best practices IAM policies tagging strategies encryption and compliance controls
  
  Automation CI CD and Infrastructure as Code IaC
  Automate OS and Cloud operations using Ansible Terraform CloudFormation and GitHub Actions pipelines
  Build reusable infrastructure templates and scripts for provisioning and configuration management
  Support version controlled infrastructure workflows peer reviews and Github models
  Develop and maintain internal tools scripts for monitoring reporting and alerting
  
  Operations Incident and Change Management
  Actively manage ITSM lifecycle through tools like ServiceNow or equivalent platforms Incident Problem Change Service Request
  Root Cause Analysis RCA and Permanent Fix Implementations PFI
  Ensure SLA adherence timely patching audit readiness and service health reporting
  Maintain operational knowledge base KB and document troubleshooting guides and architecture references
  
  Preferred Qualifications
  Bachelor degree in computer science IT or related field
  Certifications preferred RHCSA RHCE AWS SysOps Admin Azure Administrator CKA DB specific certs
  
  Nice to have skills
  Experience in SAP HANA on cloud and hybrid setups
  Exposure to Kubernetes based workloads EKS AKS and containerized applications
  Familiarity with Prometheus Grafana stack for observability
  Understanding of DevSecOps concepts Github and secure CI CD pipeline practices
