- Calculate litigation deadlines under the California Rules of Court, federal rules, and other applicable jurisdictions
- Analyze pleadings, court filings, and docketing requests to determine applicable deadlines
- Enter and maintain deadlines using Aderant CompuLaw
- Generate docket reports and deadline summaries for attorneys and litigation teams
- Monitor docketing requests and coordinate with case teams to ensure timely updates
- Respond to attorney and staff questions regarding court rules and filing deadlines
- Manage multiple litigation matters while maintaining exceptional accuracy
- At least two years of recent California litigation docketing experience
- Hands-on experience calculating deadlines under the California Rules of Court (required)
- Experience using Aderant CompuLaw (required)
- Law firm docketing experience
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Fully remote opportunity for candidates working Pacific Time hours

California Litigation Docketing Specialist
Remote (PST) or Southern California | $30-$40/hour | Long-Term Contract
Trustpoint.One is partnering with a respected national law firm to identify two California Litigation Docketing Specialists for immediate openings.
If you have experience calculating litigation deadlines under the California Rules of Court and enjoy working in a fast-paced law firm environment, this is an outstanding opportunity to join a collaborative national docketing team.
These are full-time, long-term contract positions. While initially structured as contract roles, similar contractors have remained with the firm for extended assignments, making this an excellent opportunity for someone seeking long-term stability.
What You'll Do
You'll play a critical role in supporting attorneys and litigation teams by ensuring court deadlines are calculated accurately and critical dates are never missed.
