      Trustpoint.One has an immediate opening with a national law firm for a Litigation Docketing Specialist for a long-term contract opportunity with an immediate start. This role supports litigation docketing needs on a nationwide basis. Candidates must reside in California and may work fully remote or from one of the firm's Southern California offices.

      Responsibilities

      • Analyze docketing requests and related documents to accurately calculate and calendar critical deadlines
      • Maintain and apply federal, state, and agency rules, including applicable rules of civil procedure
      • Generate and distribute docket reports and deadline summaries
      • Provide guidance to attorneys and staff regarding docketing policies, procedures, and court rules
      • Monitor assigned docketing inboxes and coordinate with case teams to ensure timely and accurate docket entries
      • Manage multiple matters simultaneously while meeting time-sensitive deadlines

      Qualifications

      • 2+ years of prior docketing experience using CompuLaw required
      • Familiarity with the American Bar Association's Model Rules of Professional Conduct and the California State Bar Association's Rules of Professional Conduct
      • Experience working with federal, state court, and agency rules
      • Strong attention to detail and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
      • Proficiency with MS Office applications
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      • Ability to work extended hours as needed and sit at a computer for sustained periods of time
      • Must currently reside in California

      This is a long-term contract role available for immediate start. Qualified candidates are encouraged to submit a resume for prompt consideration. Compensation is commensurate with experience and is expected to be 25-40/hr.
