      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review emails to determine docketing necessity
      - Assess and prioritize received items for docketing
      - Communicate with case teams for necessary information
      - Maintain accurate entry of calendar/docket dates
      - Respond to inquiries regarding docketed events and deadlines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
      - Minimum 7 years of current California Litigation experience
      - Prior experience with rules-based calendar systems required
      - Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
      - Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior work experience in large firms
      - Familiarity with various court websites and databases
      - Strong critical thinking skills in analyzing complex orders
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
      - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
