What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft complaints and initial discovery documents
- Forward complaints to process servers and monitor service of process
- Draft discovery responses and standard motions
- Calendar litigation timelines and schedule depositions
- Conduct status update calls with clients and assist in trial preparation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in personal injury
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents including complaints and motions
- Experience in calendaring litigation events and managing timelines
- Strong communication skills for client interaction
- Ability to work in a fully digital environment with fast typing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Outgoing and energetic personality with excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with personal injury law and litigation processes
