What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Host and co-host live selling events, maintaining high energy and audience engagement
- Manage live chat interactions, audience questions, and execute auction pacing strategies
- Curate product listings and packages optimized for buyer demand
- Monitor KPIs during and after each show, providing post-show analysis and recommendations
- Build and maintain a loyal follower base while engaging repeat buyers through incentives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Background in collectibles, fashion, beauty, or trending retail categories
- Knowledge of social media promotion strategies
- Strong on-camera presentation and persuasion skills
- Basic video/audio setup skills for live streaming
- Ability to think quickly and adapt during live broadcasts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in live auction hosting or community building
- Familiarity with real-time analytics and performance tracking
- Previous roles that involved audience engagement or product storytelling
- Experience collaborating with influencers or guest hosts
- Knowledge of auction pricing strategies and formats
