What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and conduct a scoping review on the impact of Balint groups on various factors such as burnout and retention
- Collaborate with academic staff to ensure research objectives are met

- Participate in university seminars, lectures, and courses to enhance research skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current enrollment as an undergraduate student in Lancaster University Medical School
- Interest in medical research and reflective practice
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Availability to commit up to 25 hours per week for the duration of the internship
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in research or academic projects, particularly in medical or healthcare settings
- Knowledge of reflective practices or educational programs in medicine
- Familiarity with reviewing literature and synthesizing research findings
