What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and audit a high volume of member accounts with multiple loans to determine legal responsibility and borrower obligations
- Locate, review, and interpret loan documents to validate the accuracy of account records
- Conduct investigative research using tools to resolve account discrepancies
- Analyze reports, identify inconsistencies, and document findings in detail for audit purposes
- Collaborate with internal analyst teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in results
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in loan servicing, loan auditing, or account research within a financial institution
- Strong understanding of loan documentation and account structures
- Knowledge of FCRA and credit reporting standards
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and investigative skills
- Proven ability to focus on repetitive, high-volume tasks while maintaining accuracy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience with Symitar and OnBase strongly preferred
