What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Close varied and complex loans while ensuring all loan documents are complete and accurate
- Review documentation to verify adherence to service levels and applicable policies
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to facilitate loan transactions
- Respond to inquiries and complete necessary documentation for loan system entry
- Schedule loan closings according to commitments and customer needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in loan processing or a similar role
- Associate degree or equivalent experience; military service may be considered
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with risk management practices and customer service principles

- Experience in capital management and compliance requirements
- Knowledge of credit assessment and document management
