What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative and sales support to loan originators and production partners
- Collect and distribute documents and information pertinent to the processing and underwriting of loans
- Assist loan originators and production partners in managing the pipeline of loan applications
- Communicate with applicants regarding expectations and loan status on behalf of the loan originator/production partner
- Perform other duties as assigned

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- One to two years of residential mortgage experience preferred
- Proven organizational skills with a customer service-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience with MS Office Suite and knowledge of the mortgage loan process
