  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Review loan applications, supporting documentation, and credit authorization
  - Provide daily/weekly status updates of files in progress to Loan Originator/Production Team or Leadership
  - Assist clients in utilizing the Origination system (Octane) and respond to their questions and concerns
  - Maintain a positive working relationship with internal departments and external contacts
  - Process borrower documents accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with internal protocols
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High school diploma or GED
  - 1-3 years of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
  - Basic understanding of financial documents such as assets, income, and credit
  - Ability to manage multiple demands and adapt to change effectively
  - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Word and Excel
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - 0-2 years of experience working within the mortgage industry
  - Working knowledge of the Encompass software system
  - Exceptional analytical and computer skills
  - Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  - Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to work closely within a team structure
