What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review loan applications, supporting documentation, and credit authorization
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of loan program guidelines, pricing, policies, and procedures
- Document all client conversations in loan origination software and follow up in CRM
- Communicate status updates and escalate issues to meet client needs
- Assist clients in utilizing the Origination system and manage borrower documents accurately
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service/customer-facing role
- 0-2 years of experience in the mortgage industry
- Basic understanding of financial documents such as assets, income, and credit
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of Encompass software system
- Ability to execute and interpret AUS and evaluate findings
- Exceptional analytical and computer skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple demands and competing priorities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
