  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Coordinate the localization of websites, episodes, apps, and content into targeted languages using a translation management system (TMS)
  - Manage multiple localization projects while ensuring consistency in content and functionality across platforms
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, digital media, designers, and regional offices
  - Track detailed milestones and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success
  - Research and gather information to support localization efforts and stay updated on emerging trends
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Working knowledge of website development, localization, and web content management
  - Experience managing a Translation Management System (TMS) and supporting linguists and reviewers
  - Strong project and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  - Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with experience in cross-cultural communication
  - Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience coordinating localization across multiple platforms (web, app, learning platforms)
  - Keen interest in TMS technology and emerging trends
  - Innovative mindset with a demonstrated ability to problem-solve creatively
