      The Logistics Coordinator / Logistics Specialist is responsible for end-to-end logistics, materials management, vendor coordination, storage yard operations on project sites. This role ensures timely availability of materials and equipment, strict adherence to safety, cost control, KPI performance, and seamless coordination with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

      • Manage project Logistics functions for inbound - outbound shipments
      • Develop and manage materials related responsibilities between the following groups: Procurement, Expediting, Data Interface, Project Management, Client requirements, Partner (JV) requirements, and Sub-Contractors
      • Interface and communicate with; project and home office Management, reporting Staffs, project Crafts, Expediting and Support Services.
      • Maintains OS&D (Over Short or Damage) and MSO (Miscellaneous Shipping Order) documentations and logs.
      • Responsible for PM (Preventive Maintenance) tracking system and issuance - entry of work orders for inventory equipment requiring PM. Craft PM Staff may be assigned to Materials Manager if directed by Project Management.
      • Coordinate material and equipment management efforts with Suppliers, Construction, Procurement (Expediting, Logistics, etc.) and Suppliers.
      • Manage material management team in day-to-day material management operations, systems utilized and procedures.
      • Develop and distribute reports for internal and external recipients.
