- Coordinate with warehouse and service teams to ship exhibit materials to and from shows and events.
- Attend tradeshow and event planning meetings.
- Book all truck pickups and drop-offs.
- Arrange labor for tradeshows.
- Manage tradeshow properties and graphics.
- Maintain database and inventory of promotional items.
- Build product displays as needed.
- Provide direction to contract employees assisting in shipping and receiving, refurbishment of properties, and rental properties.
- Ensure all details are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.
- Comprehensive experience in MS Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience with Smartsheet.
- Use of power tools (helpful but not required).
- Forklift certification (helpful but not required, certification can be done on-site).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $74880.00 - $74880.00/yr.
