      Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

      Job Description

      Coordinate with warehouse and service teams to ship all exhibit materials to and from shows and events. Attend tradeshow and event planning meetings, book all truck pickups and drop-offs, and arrange labor for all tradeshows. Responsibilities include managing tradeshow properties and graphics, maintaining a database and inventory of promotional items, and building product displays as needed. Provide direction to contract employees and ensure all details are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.

      Responsibilities

      • Arrange labor for tradeshows.
      • Manage tradeshow properties and graphics.
      • Maintain database and inventory of promotional items.
      • Build product displays as needed.
      • Provide direction to contract employees assisting in shipping and receiving, refurbishment of properties, and rental properties.
      • Ensure all details are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.

      Essential Skills

      • Comprehensive experience in MS Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
      • Experience with Smartsheet.

      Additional Skills & Qualifications

      • Use of power tools (helpful but not required).
      • Forklift certification (helpful but not required, certification can be done on-site).

      Pay and Benefits

      The pay range for this position is $74880.00 - $74880.00/yr.
