      The logistics manager is responsible for providing support for the Logistics Department in all materials in and out, supporting production team of all materials handlings . He/She will work as the logistics manager to manage all WH activities, loading, unloading and personnel base on operation needs and business growth, and lead proper supply plan and scheduling applied at the site combining the best stocks management.

      Description

      • All raw and FG materials in and out at LYG plant/warehouse including the waste warehouse.
      • Lead all warehouse and loading/unloading management to support all internal and external needs
      • SAP warehouse module key users, familiar with the SAP operations and process flow
      • Define physically the Warehouse stock / tank farm locations and bins to match best SAP needs
      • Support the best practices of logistics needs in terms of trucks/containers and other transportation means to match site warehouse and tank farm operation needs
      • Lead or support the supply plan and scheduling to be applied at the site to maintain the best stock levels
      • Stock-counting and balance on monthly basis
      • Materials FIFO management and shelf-life management
      • Maintain the stock in the waste warehouse to be minimum
      • Provide relevant data and feedback for KPI analysis
      • People development and performance management
      • Responsible for the logistic truck management from third party
      • Department and team management to meet site’s performance and expectation
      • Partner with the Asia demand planning and logistics team for plant inventory integrity
      • Manage the detailed shopfloor scheduling group to meet the production requirements
      • Responsible for creating shipment files and other support documents when required
      • Responsibilities defined in the ESSH responsibility of safety standardization system.

      Required Education Qualifications

      • Bachelor level and experience in similar roles, working in multi-national companies is a plus
      • IT skills: Outlook, Excel and SAP
      • Workable English skill
      • Communicate proactively to internal and external customers

      • Good communication skills on all fronts, as well as excellent interpersonal skills so as to ensure free flow of company warehouse management
      • Good customer care ability
      • Ability to work as part of a team whenever it is necessary to do so
      • Good analytical skills and ability to prioritize in the face of multiple tasks
      • Excellent time management skills to always ensure efficiency in service delivery
      • Ability to be proactive when dealing with complaints or requests from stockholders
      • The ability to work logically and systematically
