      Logistics Manager
      Locations considered: United Kingdom, Serbia, United States, Netherlands and Argentina
      We are looking for a well-organized and motivated professional to join our international logistics team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, collaborating with colleagues across different regions and time zones. The ideal candidate will bring structure, initiative, and a hands-on approach to daily operations and continuous improvement efforts.
      Key Responsibilities:
      • Supervise, prioritize, and assign tasks within the local logistics team
      • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including system implementations
      • Maintain and update logistics process documentation
      • Provide direct support for 3PL warehouse operations, including:
        • Inventory control and reconciliation
        • Receiving and shipping issue resolution, exception handling, and escalation management
        • Processing non-conforming receipts (Distress) and scrap materials
      • Manage end-to-end order processing:
        • Order entry, maintenance, and cancellation
        • Return Material Authorizations (RMA)
      • Oversee order backlog (aging), escalations, and prioritization
      • Resolve order exceptions and manage related reports
      • Handle customer, product, and order holds
      • Maintain price lists and manage part substitutions
      • Own order status communication and provide updates on delays or issues to customers
      • Respond to internal and external customer inquiries with accurate and timely information
      • Support initiatives aimed at improving and streamlining order flow
      • Monitor sub-inventory aging and support inventory control and reconciliation
      • Assist with inbound and outbound logistics processes
      • Support scrap/disposal procedures and stock purges
      • Address quality complaints and perform other related duties as assigned
      • Lead disentanglement activities related to transitioning LATAM and European countries back to Voyix operations
