  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage the procurement process for OFCI Mechanical and/or Electrical Equipment from vendor purchase order execution to project closeout
  - Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of equipment
  - Conduct regular check-ins with vendors to review timelines, schedules, and project constraints
  - Maintain comprehensive procurement documentation and manage project budgets related to equipment procurement
  - Monitor and ensure equipment quality throughout the procurement process and escalate concerns as necessary
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience in data center and/or commercial construction with a focus on Electrical and/or Mechanical infrastructure systems
  - Strong proficiency in the use of spreadsheets and Procore software
  - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  - Ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines while working independently
  - Exceptional organizational, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Supply Chain/Project Management
  - Strong financial and business acumen
  - Experience in vendor performance management and procurement processes
  - Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards
  - Previous experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
