What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
- Coordinate with 3PL partners and forward stocking locations on orders
- Maintain inventory accuracy by entering and updating transactions in NetSuite
- Prepare domestic and international shipments according to guidelines
- Provide support to field teams and internal stakeholders with clear status updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Around 5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or 3PL coordination in the United States
- Hands-on experience with ERP or WMS systems; NetSuite is a strong plus
- Strong attention to detail and ownership over accuracy in inventory and documentation
- Comfort working in a physical warehouse environment, handling equipment and boxes as needed
- Clear communication skills in English; ability to work with both local and international teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Hebrew is a plus
- Experience with process improvement initiatives in logistics or warehouse settings
- Familiarity with shipping and documentation guidelines for international shipments
