What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide customer service support to retailers, addressing pre and post-order inquiries via email and phone
- Create bills of lading and request rate quotes, optimizing transit times and freight costs
- Review and manage order exceptions, including damages and issuing Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA)
- Handle claims for damaged/loss shipments and invoice discrepancies to maximize claims success
- Assist with logistics and order management functions, including shipment processing and order entry

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Extreme attention to detail and pride in delivering accurate work
- Strong organizational skills and effective time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and solution creation
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel
