What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive education, access, and adoption of Neurocrine products within post-acute and long-term care settings
- Execute sales force strategies and marketing plans to meet or exceed sales objectives through in-person and virtual communications
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including prescribers and facility administrators
- Navigate clinical, regulatory, and reimbursement barriers to ensure successful product implementation
- Coordinate alignment across facilities, prescribers, and pharmacies for timely therapy initiation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA degree in science or related field and 4+ years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or long-term care sales
- Strong sales and account management skills with proven record of sales performance
- Deep understanding of healthcare regulatory environments and compliance
- Must reside within assigned territory and possess a valid driver's license with a clean record
- Proficient in business systems and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sales experience in long-term care, institutional, or organized customer settings
- Background in neurology, psychiatry, or movement disorders
- Familiarity with CoverMyMeds and LTC pharmacy fulfillment
- Knowledge of CMS guidelines affecting psychotropic medication use in skilled nursing facilities
