      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive education, access, and adoption of Neurocrine products within long-term care settings
      - Execute sales strategies and marketing plans to meet or exceed sales objectives
      - Build strong relationships with key external and internal stakeholders
      - Navigate clinical, regulatory, and reimbursement barriers to achieve product success
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor account-specific solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BS/BA degree in science or related field and 4+ years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical or long-term care sales experience
      - Strong sales and account management skills with exceptional communication abilities
      - Proven record of sales performance and goal achievement in specialty pharma or biotech
      - Deep understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance environments
      - Must reside within assigned territory and possess a valid driver's license with a clean record

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Sales experience in long-term care or institutional settings
      - Background in neurology, psychiatry, or movement disorders
      - Familiarity with CoverMyMeds and LTC pharmacy fulfillment
      - Knowledge of CMS guidelines affecting psychotropic medication use in skilled nursing facilities
