Job Description

- Develop new rewards propositions based on market analysis, benchmarking and customer insights
- Continually review performance of all propositions and identify any opportunities for improvement
- Plan the annual campaign calendar, driving maximum member value
- Implement tactical earn/burn pricing activity to ensure liability/redemption rates are within forecast
- Continually monitor competitor earn/burn rates to ensure our loyalty proposition remains competitive and compelling for members
- Previous experience working on loyalty programmes in travel/retail sectors is highly desirable
- Experience with commercial modelling and financial running of loyalty points schemes is essential
- A strong commercial focus, with the ability to build business cases and drive commercial targets
- Able to analyse and manipulate data to create meaningful and actionable insights
- Strong communication and presentation skills

In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day commercial performance of the loyalty programme, ensuring the optimal performance of the rewards currency and other promotional mechanics.
