We are looking for a Distribution Manager to manage Livestock, Poultry and Dairy division for Latin America.

In this role you will:

• Develop and execute Distributor project plans
• Develop region/market specific business plan and sales action plans to achieve goals.
• Lead change management in a dynamic changing environment and in alignment with IDEXX Guiding Principles and business values.

What you need to be sucess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Animal Sciences or equivalent combination of education and experience in diagnostics, production animal is required.
• Fluent English
• Mandatory live in Mexico
• Avaliability to travel at minimium 75% of the time.
