What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and abstract medical record information in accordance with HEDIS specifications
- Identify gaps in documentation and provide feedback to providers for improvement
- Collaborate with non-clinical personnel for medical record collection
- Maintain confidentiality of all medical records in accordance with regulations
- Assist in additional duties to improve HEDIS rates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current active RN or LPN/LVN license preferred
- Three years of experience with HEDIS MRR or HEDIS abstraction/over-read preferred
- Experience with data entry, audit, and electronic medical records
- Intermediate Level experience working with Microsoft Office Products
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
