  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Fulfill air booking requests for members using the Sabre GDS system
  - Provide personalized air travel recommendations aligning with client preferences and budgets
  - Manage air bookings from reservation through post-travel follow-up, including exchanges and schedule changes
  - Liaise with airlines to resolve operational issues and ensure timely solutions for disruptions
  - Collaborate closely with Travel Designers to ensure a seamless client experience
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum 5 years of experience in air travel reservations or ticketing, preferably in a luxury leisure environment
  - Advanced proficiency in Sabre GDS, including ticketing and fare construction
  - Strong understanding of airline fare rules, international routing, and premium cabin products
  - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented demeanor
  - Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and composure under pressure

  - Proven ability to anticipate client needs and deliver proactive, high-touch customer service
  - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust with clients and internal partners
  - Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with CRM or workflow management tools
