What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Grow Treasury Wine Estates Luxury portfolio depletion volume and distribution within top accounts
- Formulate market plans by channel and account, allocating resources to key retailers
- Collaborate with distributor salespeople and management to execute programs efficiently
- Participate in monthly business reviews with the Distributor Management team
- Monitor competitor activities and communicate insights to supervisors and wholesalers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of outside sales experience
- Three-tier management experience in the Wine/Alcohol beverage space
- Experience managing chain accounts and leading distributor sales initiatives
- Strong persuasive presentation skills and negotiation abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Passion for wine and a continuous learning mindset regarding new wines and brands
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and desktop publishing programs
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel significantly within the assigned territory
- Ability to lift a case of wine (45 pounds) up to 10 times per day
