What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Grow the Treasury Wine Estates Luxury portfolio depletion volume and distribution within top accounts
- Formulate market plans by channel and allocate resources to key retailers
- Collaborate with distributor salespeople and management to execute programs effectively
- Monitor competitor activities and communicate competitive strategies to management
- Participate in sales blitzes and crew drives in additional markets as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of professional outside sales experience
- Experience in three-tier management within the Wine/Alcohol beverage space
- Proven track record in managing chain accounts and leading distributor sales initiatives
- Strong negotiation and persuasive presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Passion for wine with a willingness to continuously learn about new wines and brands
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and desktop publishing programs
- Ability to lift a case of wine (45 pounds) up to 10 times per day
