      POSITION SUMMARY

      We are seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive conversions and deliver exceptional service. This role requires building and nurturing strong relationships with travel partners, ensuring they feel confident in recommending and booking Uniworld experiences for their clients. Success in this position depends on the ability to identify sales opportunities, proactively guide partners through the booking process, and maximize revenue potential. A thorough understanding of all Uniworld products and policies is essential, along with the ability to effectively communicate this expertise over the phone.

      Requirements

      Key Responsibilities

      Luxury Sales
      • Provide information to travel agents to promote products and secure new reservations, matching the right product to the right customer.
      • Ensure accuracy in all aspects of each sales transaction; identify, research, and resolve customer satisfaction issues.
      • Leverage strong customer service and sales skills to maximize opportunities on each travel agent or customer contact.
      • Learn, improve, and utilize software applications to efficiently process sales transactions.
      • Maintain KPIs in a high-volume inbound call center.
      Customer Service
      • Manage incoming calls involving routine client pre-departure inquiries on existing reservations.
      • Troubleshoot, research, and respond to pre-departure inquiries from travel partners and guests.
      • Respond to client needs and requests in a timely manner (returning calls, answering emails, and following through on pending booking issues).
      • Develop, cultivate, and maintain positive relationships with travel partners.
      Experience
      • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the travel industry or a sales-focused call center role required.
      • Experience in luxury travel or luxury retail preferred.
      • Ability to handle some calls in Spanish is preferred.
      Competencies / Attributes
      • Creative, insightful, and innovative - able to understand the true needs behind customer inquiries.
      • Motivated to drive both individual and team sales.
      • Strong prioritization and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
      • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
      • Open to coaching, training, and continuous development with Uniworld.
      Other Requirements
      • Availability to work standard hours on Pacific Time, including occasional weekends (1-2 Saturdays per month).
      • Access to high-speed, ethernet-connected internet.
      Salary Range
      • $18.00 per hour
      • Plus incentive for every passenger sold (paid biweekly)
