      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide information to travel partners to promote products and secure reservations
      - Manage incoming calls and address routine client pre-departure inquiries on existing reservations
      - Identify and resolve issues related to customer satisfaction, ensuring accuracy in sales transactions
      - Leverage customer service and sales skills to maximize sales opportunities
      - Maintain KPIs in a high-volume inbound call center environment

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least three years of travel industry or call center experience in a sales capacity
      - Ability to work standard hours on Pacific Time and 1-2 Saturdays a month
      - Access to high-speed, ethernet-connected internet
      - Attention to detail and adherence to rules and procedures
      - Receptive to coaching and motivated to improve and grow within the company

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ability to handle customer calls in Spanish
      - Experience with Salesforce
      - Specialized knowledge about travel-related topics such as visa processes and airlines
      - Curiosity and a drive for lifelong learning
