What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop AI evaluation modules under large language model operations (LLMOps), focusing on observability, benchmark datasets, and complex workflow evaluation
- Implement AI safety strategies for adversarial detection, model evaluation, and error analysis, incorporating human feedback for continuous improvement
- Maintain and enhance existing data models and AI engine pipelines, ensuring robust dataflows and resolving production issues
- Develop data pipelines to support a generic data store and representation, including a metadata layer for clinical semantics
- Collaborate with clinical domain experts to translate clinical guidelines into AI modules, ensuring alignment with user requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Informatics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics and statistical/ML/NLP modeling, specifically in healthcare applications
- Proven experience with cloud infrastructure and services, particularly in AI/ML model deployment
- Proficiency in programming with Python and familiarity with AI/ML tools and frameworks
- Strong background in generative AI, NLP, machine learning, and data science
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with vibe coding tools, such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and Replit
- Demonstrated ability in the development and management of large-scale AI systems
- Leadership and project management skills, with an ability to drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
