      Per l’ente Manufacturing stiamo ricercando un/una Process Engineering & Maintenance Manager:

      LA NUOVA RISORSA sarà responsabile della creazione del team di Process Engineering e della gestione dell’ente di Maintenance, in un’ottica di Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). Nello specifico:

      • Pianifica, progetta, implementa ed ottimizza i processi di assemblaggio e gli effetti in termini di efficienza e costi economici

      • Verifica la fattibilità di nuove linee di assemblaggio, ne stima i costi di produzione e la tempistica di realizzazione

      • Garantisce l’efficienza degli impianti produttivi, preparando ed implementando piani/programmi di manutenzione delle macchine/linee di produzione e supervisionando le attività e gli interventi

      • Analizza ed individua le cause delle inefficienze delle macchine/linee di produzione e le rimuove attraverso gli interventi di manutenzione

      • Gestisce i rapporti con i fornitori esterni di servizi di manutenzione e ne supervisiona, controlla e verifica gli interventi

      • Coordina e supervisiona i suoi collaboratori, assegnando attività, progetti ed obiettivi

      • Sviluppa e gestisce il budget annuale dell’ente

      • Favorisce e promuove attività di miglioramento continuo

      REQUISITI:

      • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in contesti manifatturieri strutturati, all’interno degli enti Engineering o Manufacturing

      • Almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruoli di coordinamento

      • Conoscenza di tecniche di Continuous Improvement (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S)

      • Buona conoscenza della lingua Inglese

      • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office

      • Carisma, autorevolezza, leadership

      • Gestione del cambiamento e team building

      • Decision making e proattività

      Sono graditi:

      • Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica

      SI OFFRE: contratto a tempo Indeterminato trattamento retributivo in coerenza con l’esperienza. Affiancamento e formazione per tutto il periodo di inserimento in azienda.
