- Ensure the availability and maintenance of all machines and equipment in compliance with internal and external guidelines.
- Execute and record maintenance and repair processes, and implement a TPM-System.
- Plan preventive maintenance (PVI) to maintain and enhance quality standards, while monitoring index numbers.
- Manage shortages of critical spare parts and emergency situations for machinery.
- Observe and ensure the technical performance of all production machines and implement CCPS within your area of responsibility.
- Lead and participate in projects within the maintenance department.
- Provide functional and disciplinary leadership to subordinates, fostering and developing their abilities.
- Fulfill stand-by duties as specified within resource scheduling.
- Represent the maintenance department and uphold cost-center responsibilities.
- Report functionally and disciplinarily to the Plant Manager, supervising Maintenance Technicians.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $135000.00/yr.
