      Job Description

      We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of our facilities, and leading a team of maintenance professionals.

      • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies and preventive maintenance programs
      • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities across all facilities, ensuring timely completion of repairs and upgrades
      • Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
      • Oversee the maintenance budget, control costs, and manage relationships with external vendors and contractors
      • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
      • Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify and address potential issues
      • Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainable maintenance practices
      • Manage small-scale projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution
      • Collaborate with other departments to minimize disruptions to operations during maintenance activities
      • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment performance
      • Analyze maintenance data and prepare reports for upper management
      • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in facility maintenance

      Qualifications

      • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance management role
      • Strong understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems
      • Proven leadership and team management skills
      • In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to facility maintenance
      • Proficiency in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite
      • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
      • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
      • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
      • Professional certifications in facility management or maintenance (e.g., CMRP, CFM) are a plus
      • Experience in energy management and sustainable maintenance practices
      • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics
      • Flexibility to work on-call and respond to emergency situations as needed
