      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process payroll for multiple clients, including managing timelines, performing maintenance, and generating reports
      - Proactively evaluate and improve payroll processes for clients and the employer
      - Coordinate and provide iSolved training for clients in collaboration with trainers
      - Collaborate with Time, Benefits, and Tax SMEs to build effective processes
      - Ensure client retention by meeting payroll compliance and responding to inquiries promptly

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be available to work during PST/MST hours
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required
      - Minimum of 2 years of previous payroll experience, preferably with iSolved
      - Strong attention to detail and highly organized
      - Direct client support experience managing multiple clients

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with payroll process improvement initiatives
      - Familiarity with payroll laws and regulations
      - Ability to effectively manage a ticketing system
      - Strong communication skills to foster productive client relationships
