      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise and evaluate data processing and quality assurance activities for the National Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program (NBCCEDP)
      - Conduct continuous quality improvement (CQI) to ensure optimal data performance and integrity
      - Review and audit claims submitted by contractors, ensuring compliance with program policies
      - Provide training and support to team members, developing operational manuals and onboarding materials
      - Present findings and recommendations at quarterly meetings and lead weekly huddles

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a medical biller/coder
      - Knowledge of CPT codes, Medicare regulations, and medical billing processes
      - Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and data entry protocols
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work independently and solve problems effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Allied Health Science
      - Certified Medical Billing and Coding certification
      - Experience in performance management and continuous quality improvement methodologies
      - Familiarity with document archiving procedures and data entry techniques
