      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support and training related to grants to ensure compliance with expenditures
      - Develop and prepare fiscal management reports for effective cost allocation and budgeting
      - Collaborate with various stakeholders including Programs, Budget, Accounting, and Contracts
      - Analyze and reconcile financial data that impacts federal disclosure forms
      - Review evaluation and participation surveys to ensure educational programming meets intended outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Nine (9) years of relevant professional experience in accounting, payroll, finance, or a closely related field
      - OR a Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field AND five (5) years of relevant professional experience
      - Ability to take action to learn and grow
      - Ability to take action to meet the needs of others
      - Knowledge of state and federal policies and laws, including the Revised Code of Washington (RCW)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with performance-based contracting principles
      - Grant and/or program management experience, including fiscal forecasting and appropriation
      - Familiarity with state government policies and their impact on federal funding
      - Experience researching and reviewing state educational and professional development programming
      - Proven ability to manage multiple complex finance-related projects
