      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Supervise and coordinate large departmental management analysis projects
      - Analyze business processes to understand departmental functions and information needs
      - Design and implement reporting solutions based on data analysis
      - Lead project teams and manage the activities of management analysts
      - Prepare and present analytical reports defining problems and proposed solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field
      - Minimum of five years of experience in management analysis or related analytical experience
      - Valid class D driver's license required
      - Strong analytical skills with experience in system analysis and management analysis
      - Proven ability to lead projects and manage teams effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with business systems related to corrections or public administration
      - Familiarity with data mining and report generation techniques
      - Background in training development and delivery for software or systems
      - Knowledge of project management methodologies
      - Experience working with diverse populations and promoting cultural competence
