      Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee/ Assistant Manager- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
      We are looking for a candidate with good communication skills. Candidate should have knowledge of SAP, HFM and Other Business Intelligence analytical tools like Power BI, Qlik Sense. Also, candidate should be ready to work in Australian shift
      Responsibilities:

      • Good knowledge of SAP
      • Knowledge of Financial System Reporting and Consolidation tools
      • Support in preparation and presentation of Reports for Management
      • Monitoring business performance and variances, providing trend analysis
      • Thorough understanding of Budgeting and Forecasting, uploading and reporting at system level
      • Evaluation of investment choices
      • Providing financial support through planning process
      • Providing commentary to support the development of financial insights
      • Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of analysis and financial reporting
      • Prepare Reconciliation for Process issues
      • Prioritize workload in accordance with pre-established Service Level Agreements

      Minimum Qualifications
      • B.com/M.com/MBA-Finance (Regular)/CA/CMA

      Preferred qualifications
      • B.com/M.com/MBA-Finance (Regular)/CA/CMA
      Skills and/or knowledge
      • Relevant Years’ Experience in FP&A role.
      • Worked with Senior top management and very good experience of Customer handling and executive presence.
      • Expertise in budgeting & forecasting, sound knowledge of accounting including journal posting
      • Experience in Power BI Data visualization and financial data modelling
      • Ability to manage broad & diverse internal stakeholder groups
      • High level of commercial acumen & analytical skills, strategic thinker

      Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
      • Excellent interpersonal skills and great client management
      • Good team player with positive outlook
      • Well versed with MS Excel including formulae of SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, INDIRECT, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables etc., PowerPoint & Word
