      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable function, ensuring accuracy in invoice processing and timely vendor payments
      - Develop and implement process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency
      - Manage the AP team, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and motivating team members
      - Execute weekly wire transfers and oversee corporate credit card and expense report processing
      - Provide critical support during the monthly close process and lead ad-hoc accounting projects as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
      - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable, with 2-3 years in a management role
      - Proficiency in accounting software and electronic bill payment systems
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective dialogue with vendors and stakeholders
      - Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing high-volume transactions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Sage Intacct, Vic.ai, Bill.com, or MineralTree
      - Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
      - Prior experience in the financial services sector
