What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement and execute a comprehensive strategy for Industry sales growth across the AMER region.
- Lead 5-8 Senior Sales Executives, ensuring forecasting and Go-To-Market business commitments are met.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, finance, legal, and compliance, to drive revenue growth.
- Support customer-facing meetings to enhance relationships and maximize deal sizes.
- Navigate complex deal structures and enterprise contracting processes for successful outcomes.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong experience in SaaS, Platform, and/or Cloud Technology sales and sales leadership.
- Proven track record of negotiating $1M+ deals.
- Passion for Sales Leadership and talent development.
- Effective leadership of cross-functional stakeholders and business functions.
- Experience with Channels, ISVs, and System Integrators or Service Partners.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Expertise in Real-Time 3D, Asset Management, Data Transformation, and Visualization.
- Experience activating and scaling new Go-To-Market strategies.
