      A day in the life

      As a Manager on the Americas Acquisitions & Dispositions team at Prologis, you will serve as a key contributor in the execution of multi-market investment transactions and dispositions across North America. This role blends strategic partnership, financial analysis, and some executional ownership. You will work closely with senior leaders, regional teams, and external stakeholders to support the company’s investment objectives and maximize portfolio value through both acquisitions and dispositions.

      Key responsibilities include:

      • Lead underwriting and analysis of potential acquisition and disposition opportunities, including the creation and review of discounted cash flow models.

      • Prepare and present hold/sell analyses, valuation summaries, sensitivity analyses, and investment one-pagers for internal stakeholders and Investment Committee review.

      • Continuously enhance acquisition and disposition pipeline tracking, ensuring critical dates, LOIs, analyses, and strategy updates are current and accurate.

      • Lead preparation and delivery of disposition investment memos and assist in presenting recommendations to senior leadership and the Investment Committee.

      • Coordinate with internal partners (legal, tax, accounting, FP&A, investment services) to ensure seamless execution of transactions and alignment with Prologis systems and processes.

      • Collaborate with Regional Leadership and Market Officers to identify strategic acquisition and disposition candidates and recommend execution strategies aligned with corporate and regional goals.

      • Build and maintain relationships with investment brokers, institutional buyers, and strategic partners, support negotiation of term sheets and contracts alongside senior team members.

      • Prepare and maintain internal databases and Salesforce records to track investment activity across the Americas portfolio.

      • Summarize historical investment activity and performance to support board presentations, regional reviews, and industry engagements.

      • Provide mentorship to junior team members and act as a knowledge resource for modeling, process improvements, and strategic context.

      Building blocks for success

      Required:

      • 5+ years of relevant experience in real estate investments, acquisitions, dispositions, or capital markets.

      • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel and ARGUS proficiency required).

      • Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.

      • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders in a fast-paced transaction environment.

      • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

      • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

      • Ability to travel up to 20% during peak periods.

      Preferred:

      • Familiarity with Salesforce and investment pipeline reporting a plus.

      Hiring Salary Range of: $130,000 - $179,000. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target & LTI) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
