      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Generate new business and maintain current accounts within the Mission Critical Data Center and Enterprise markets
      - Leverage established networks within Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or OEM backgrounds to identify new business prospects
      - Conduct sales calls with key players in data center sectors to introduce mission-critical construction services
      - Create proposals, presentations, and briefings for prospective clients
      - Participate in trade shows and conferences to promote the employer's design/build services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of business development/sales experience with a minimum of 3+ years in the data center industry
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field
      - Existing network relationships with Enterprise, Colocation, and Hyperscale clients
      - Proven experience in C-level interaction and a track record of managing and closing profitable deals
      - Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Active participation and relationships with local/national data center organizations (such as 7x24, iMasons, AFCOM)
