What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise daily operations and personnel within the call center
- Support a team of customer service professionals with their daily responsibilities, including handling calls and emails
- Analyze call center data and prepare reports for upper management
- Coach call center staff through challenging customer service issues and evaluate their performance
- Lead team meetings and prepare work schedules while serving as an escalation point for onsite employees
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in Business, Communications, or an Associate’s degree with equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of call center experience
- Thorough knowledge of Windows, including Excel and Word
- Strong coaching and leadership skills with the ability to motivate employees
- Proficiency with technology software, including CRMs and phone systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing a blend of staff, including employees and contractors
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM applications
- Insurance industry experience
- Bilingual skills are preferred
- Demonstrated commitment to personal and professional development
