      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage daily operations of the Call Center, ensuring effective response to customer inquiries
      - Direct, develop, and evaluate the activities of Call Center team members
      - Collaborate across the organization to meet Key Performance objectives
      - Implement Call Center initiatives and process improvements
      - Monitor and analyze incoming customer inquiries to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Minimum of 5 years of Call Center experience in a health plan or related setting
      - Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience
      - Deep knowledge of Call Center operations, including workforce management, IVR, call routing, and CRM
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing forecasting staffing based on historical team performance and call volume
      - Independent decision-making skills and ability to take initiative to resolve issues
      - Thorough knowledge of health plan products, terminology, enrollment, membership, and claims
