      - Present and communicate campaign plans, learnings, and optimizations
      - Continually monitor success of planning process and identify efficiencies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years in marketing planning and campaign strategy
      - BA/BS preferred, or equivalent work experience
      - Leader of omni-channel and digital marketing programming
      - Customer-centric with strong relationship-building skills
      - Skilled at conflict resolution and problem-solving
