- QA Process Leadership: Take the helm of the QA team, setting and upholding high standards of attention to detail and quality assurance. Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive QA processes and standards to ensure campaign accuracy and consistency.
- Team Management: Manage and mentor the QA team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and professional growth. Lead by example and provide guidance to ensure each team member excels in their role.
- Campaign Auditing: Oversee the campaign auditing processes to meticulously identify discrepancies, errors, or issues in campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve identified problems promptly.
- Accuracy and Precision: Champion accuracy and precision as non-negotiable principles in campaign QA. Establish rigorous checks and balances to identify and rectify errors before campaigns go live.
- Quality Reporting: Implement robust QA reporting mechanisms, delivering insights into campaign quality, trends, and areas for improvement. Leverage data to drive informed decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Documentation: Maintain meticulous documentation of QA processes, audit findings, resolutions, and best practices. Create a knowledge repository to facilitate continuous improvement and learning.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Campaign Managers, Ad Operations, and other relevant teams to provide constructive feedback, guidance, and support in enhancing campaign quality. Foster a culture of open communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements, implementing effective solutions to enhance campaign quality and operational efficiency.
- Client Communication: Effectively communicate QA findings and insights to clients, providing transparency and building trust in our commitment to quality.
- Conducting 1:1 meeting with Campaign QA Specialists and other department leaders.
- Reviewing and analyzing QA reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address QA-related issues and improvements.
- Developing and implementing QA training programs to enhance team skills.
- Participating in client meetings to discuss QA findings and build client trust.
- Working with senior management to align QA processes with department and company-wide goals.
- Ensuring your team's adherence to strict QA standards and SLAs.
- Month 3: Gain a comprehensive understanding of your QA team's needs and collaborate with leadership to establish growth plans for Campaign Management roles. Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with internal teams to track progress toward company goals. Complete an updated training plan for new hires. Map out plans for the next six months, specifically identifying individual growth plans for team members.
- Month 6: Oversee 1:1 meetings. Implement process improvements related to campaign QA, auditing, and sales enablement. Develop the ability to scope custom Operations requests.
- Month 12: Fully integrate into your new role, conducting 1:1 meetings with your core team and overseeing the implementation of Campaign QA team processes. Become an invaluable leader in ensuring campaign quality and accuracy.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of campaign operations experience.
- 3 years of people leadership experience.
- Proven critical thinking skills with the ability to prioritize under pressure.
- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with a strong desire for professional growth.
- Clear communicator with excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with the team.
- Ability to create and execute process improvement plans.
- Proficiency in motivation tactics.

What We Do: The Campaign Services team is at the heart of driving value for our customers. Our focus is to align with our customers to understand their marketing objectives and help them build programs that will deliver results. We partner with customers to launch strategies, provide readiness planning, media partner onboarding, media plans, assets, and timeline reviews. We provide campaign monitoring and optimization as well as reporting and guidance to ensure optimal execution and reporting.
