We are looking for an experienced leader to join our New Zealand Transport & Infrastructure leadership team and to lead our diverse and vibrant Northern Civil Structures section. This role is an opportunity to build on a strong foundation and lead the evolution of a great team culture, developing our people, delivering on our strategy and making every day better for the communities we serve.

As our Northern Civil Structures team continues to develop, we are looking for a values-driven leader to join us through the next phase of our journey. No two days will be the same with this role, leading over 50 talented professionals across our Northern region.
This is an opportunity to lead the evolution of a constructive team culture, developing our people and delivering our strategy. As Manager of our Northern Civil Structures business, you will be accountable for strategy, sales, project delivery outcomes, recruitment, retention, mentoring and team development. You will have the autonomy to build on our existing strategy and draw on the support of other Transport & Infrastructure leaders and market leaders to implement your strategy and deliver innovative, sustainable and community-focused outcomes.
