What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a portfolio of relationships to drive action on financial health initiatives
- Lead and facilitate meetings with assigned Members, ensuring effective communication and engagement
- Identify and develop consulting, grant, and sponsorship opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce and other tools to track engagement and report on Member relationship health
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver high-quality Member programs and experiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of experience in account, partnership, or client relationship management within financial services or adjacent industries
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in stakeholder relationships
- Strong relationship-building skills and a client-centered approach to engagement
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working directly with financial services companies, insurance carriers/brokers, or financial services associations
- Highly polished presentation skills and ability to communicate with influence
- Proven expertise in synthesizing data and presenting cogent arguments
- Flexibility to adapt in an innovative, fast-paced environment
- Willingness to commit to occasional domestic travel for meetings
